1. Delivery Information

We offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland only. We only offer international shipping on merchandise. 

International Deliveries and Duties

For our valued overseas customers, please be advised that all international deliveries will be handled under the Delivery at Place (DAP) incoterms.

This means that G Spot Beverages Ltd will be responsible for shipping the products to your specified destination, but you, the customer, will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the delivery.

While it is unlikely that you will be charged any additional fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the potential charges that may apply in your country. Please note that any such fees imposed by customs authorities are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

G Spot Beverages Ltd strives to provide accurate information and documentation to facilitate the customs clearance process, but we cannot guarantee the absence of any charges imposed by customs authorities. By placing an international order with us, you acknowledge and agree to assume responsibility for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred during the importation of the products.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2  business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Delivery is currently free for UK orders. US customers will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
